For low-wage immigrant workers, KIWA serves as the first source of information
and guidance on any and all types of problems they face at the workplace.
While maintaining its focus on worker organizing and empowerment, KIWA has also
operated a workers rights clinic, intended to provide high-quality advice,
representation, and referrals to workers facing concrete and immediate problems
at work. KIWA has built a reputation for being the primary source of information
in the Korean community for work-related issues. The clinic is held every
Thursday from 1-3pm. |
